Using our quality-crafted Axle Bar allows you to increase that grip, wrist and forearm strength, and that will transfer through to all other areas of your training. Perfect for strongman workouts, our Axle Bar is exceptionally built and features a standard Olympic bar length of 2200mm and a diameter of 50mm, which is the same diameter as a standard sleeve where the Olympic bumper plates typically slide onto. The 390mm long sleeves of this Axle Bar are fixed and don't spin like standard Olympic bars. Our Axle Bar weighs 20kg, so it is the same weight as a standard men's Olympic bar, and has a lasting powder-coated finish, which also aids in better grip. Additionally, it comes with two Olympic pressure-ring collars ensuring your Olympic bumper plates won't budge when clamped on.
