Which machine burns more calories ?

     Elliptical Machine         Or..    Treadmill Or.. Concept 2 Rower  Or .. Hmmm ?

The never ending question can be answered as follows .. Normally the two top machines that compete for this position are the treadmill and the elliptical machine and the rower can be added here as well. 

The truth is the machine won't burn more or less calories it's your heartrate that will decide that. The treadmills and elliptical machines both have resistance so they can get your heartrate up to the proper levels....
